Enchantment Chihuahua Adoption Process

If you are interested in adopting one or more of our wonderful Chihuahua or Chihuahua-cross dogs, please fill out the adoption application. The application is available below as a Word document and as an Adobe PDF. We ask that you fill out the form completely so that we will be able to help match you with the most appropriate pet available.

When we receive your completed application we will contact you to discuss the dogs available and answer any other questions you have about our adoption process. If you are interested in a specific dog please note that on your application.

We will contact your references and schedule a home visit to meet you and your family to make sure the home is safe and appropriate for a small dog. We may be able to bring a dog to the home visit, but that is not always possible because the dogs are in foster homes from Belen to Santa Fe.
